Positive: It's an overall plus dealing with the Candlewood Suite. Everything was great. There isn't one thing that I didn't like. The atmosphere was excellent, and the staff even better. I'd give it an 10 out of 10.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was equipped with what I needed. Very helpful staff, from front desk, to people doing day to day cleaning, all smiles, made me feel like family, really!!
Negative: bicycle seat in gym was dysfunctional, and there was only one bike, so I couldn't bike. Treadmill was great and very nice laundry facilities and free coffee all day/night. Very comfortable place.
Summary: Very happy, comfortable, felt cared for, respected, and felt place was being run by professionals.

Positive: Availability, location was good.
Negative: The receptionist who checked us in at 11 pm, was very blunt, and rude . When I inquired about an approved OUTSIDE smoking area, she responded with, " go to the doorway at the end of this hallway, there an area there, and if I Catch you SMOKING in here I'LL THROW YOU OUT ! " I simply asked about an OUTSIDE AREA . The bed looked as though someone had just crawled out of it, and 1 coffee pod was there. I was afraid to ask for another ,in fear of being kicked off the property . When I went back to my vehicle that night ,she was on the phone (personal call) ,and advised me the doors were locked, and if I didn't have my key card I couldn't get back in.....she was at the desk...by the door .
